cant activate orb in the magic temple
Minor spoilers for the library area follow. 1. There are two orbs in the area you're describing. The first orb that you encounter isn't needed to open the door. The second one you find is. 2. You should encounter a puzzle involving glowing runes. Resolving this puzzle leads to the second orb being revealed.

Can the Manacalon Rosary be purchased/found later in the game?
I found a Manacalon rosary in a basket/barrel outside the mage's tower/library to the right of the entrance after fighting the unarmed workers with the A tattoos. It appears that the drop isn't guaranteed as on my second playthrough this same barrel contained a holy symbol instead. Not sure how container loot is decided but it might be worth trying these containers at several different times during your playthrough?

Early Access Launch - Known Issues
I have encountered the bug where, post-cutscene, the camera is trapped in a wall/in some part of the environment and I cannot move it. What is the best way to remedy this? Reloading the save? Restarting the game? I have noticed that pressing tab re-centres the camera on my party member. Does this work for you?

Reverse Dupe Bug
There appear to be several separate bugs related to inventory object persistence. First one is management of stackable loot. I've seen some erratic behaviour with rations and arrows as you've mentioned. Second one is that dragging items around your inventory and then hitting "Escape" before setting the dragged item down results in the item you were holding being removed from your inventory. Removed from the game as a whole in fact.
