Vampiric Touch doesnt make a hit roll, it goes straight to dealing damage.
I noticed the same thing. No hit roll, straight to damage.

Unable to Fly to tower for Honor Your Masters: "No Path to Destination"
Having the same issue. Feels like this patch broke the fly spell. Drinking a potion of fly does not change the movement (from 6 to 12) nor does it enable pathing other than normal walking, no mater if the shift key is used or the change elevation is toggled on using the elevation button on the map icon.

Old Bug Still in the game: One you start Travel you can't stop and turn back
I don't think it's a bug, I just think they did't think to implement that feature. I hope they do though.

Booby-trapped column in caravan encounter
Shooting the column with a ranged attack from a distance will let you avoid it killing you. All columns I've run across that can be knocked over can also be knocked over with a ranged attack.
