Numerous de-synchronization problems in multiplayer game
I'm also constantly having these problems. I can't imagine it's due to latency, because I'm playing with somebody in the next room over and we're both wired with a gigabit network connection. Limiting myself to not using magic items is not a great solution.This has clearly been an issue for months and nobody cares to solve it.

Bug in Missing Piece quest
Doing the same thing for me. I stayed at the inn first and I was alerted to the residence being ransacked, but I reloaded because I wanted to see what happened when staying at the residence... and nothing. Maybe this was intentional? But if it was, don't give the option. It makes for a very anti-climactic event.
