it looks like the latest patch has allowed the Gamepass version to work with Dungeon Maker. You also have to set you Xbox profile to allow everyone for see and upload community creations.

Does Dungeon Maker not work in Xbox Gamepass?
So I went ahead and bought the Steam version and Dungeon Maker works fine. I have both installed and the Xbox Gamepass version still doesn't allow Dungeon Maker to work. I'll forward the issue to Microsoft.

thank you. I did run the verify and repair function, but it did not resolve the issue. However, the WSReset did work. I think you are right that there is either some corruption or missing download. When I reinstalled, the issue seems to have disappeared. I'm still unable to access the DungeonMaker function though. Is this a known issue?
