Help with second library quest
I'm having an issue related to this quest, It allowed me to Misty Step once I was right besides the closed door (the one that you need to push all runes to summon the big rune with the orb and open it), the runes appeared, I've pushed all of them according to the quest, but once the rune+orb was summoned, the quest was stuck with "Activate the Fourth Rune" like forever, On a similar forum...
