Strategy with Aksha?
I stumbled on a tactic that worked wonders for this fight which also landed double xp (at least I think so, will have to try it another time to confirm). Start by choosing the diplomatic route, ie convince her not to fight. This will land you full xp and the vampires will be neutral and positioned downstairs. Remove the boards from the windows. Strangely enough this is not enough to make the light sensitive vampires...

Wich is your favorite party?
Really happy with my current setup. Sylvan Elf Warrior (two-weapon fighting + ambidextrous). Finesse at lower levels for versatility (melee + archery + high armor due to 20 dex), then strength once I could afford Belt of Fire Giant Strength. Haste + Action Surge + twin crafted medium weapons makes for ridiculous dps. Lowlife background. Sylvan Elf Ranger (hunter, lowlife). Awesome archer that can also do all the thief duties and has a solid melee...

So how do we get to that chest?
Here is what worked for me: 1. Have a character with high athleticism/strength (or a spell like jump, fly etc.) move onto the window ledge on the other side of the pond. You can jump the distance if you stand on the elevated square next to the pond and jump to the window ledge. I did not need any magical assistance for this, only a character with sufficient strength/athleticism. 2. Use stealth or a potion...
