Vampiric touch - possibly wrong attack modifier on oblivion cleric
I'm resurrecting this thread just to reiterate that spells are using the wrong spellcasting modifiers when a spell is acquired off-class. The modifiers should not be hard-coded into the spells; they ought to be based off the spellcaster's class in every instance except for a High Elf's native cantrip.
