Palace of Ice - Full Release Patch Notes
I am not very happy about the changes to mind twist. It's a fricking level 5 spell. It should be powerful. And allow a wizard characters with low hit points, to protect him or herself against any melee opponents that might try to attack them. 2 rounds of Spirit Guardians (which is a level 3 spell) does the same amount of damage (in average). And said cleric also furthermore hits back hard by his melee...

Mind Twist Mage Spell lvl 5
Well, I wonder what's so balancing about it? I for one am not very happy about this change. This was one of the spells that allowed a wizard character (with low hit points) to protect him or herself from melee enemies (who usually tend to have lots of hit points and tend to pick on mage characters because of their low hit points and most of the time low AC) .

@Underdark: You spoke to all of them, in the end, including the guards? I did see that I missed a few in the quest log, after having talked to the gate guard. Talking to the guard at the gate (I think it was that one) finished the quest for me, leaving a few citizens unspoken to.
