[idea] For next Solasta project, should we kindly suggest to WotC to give TA full 5e license?
On the JoCat stream the Community Manager alluded to the fact that Tactical Adventures had been in significant conversations with WOTC negotiating use of the property but couldn't nail it down. IIRC, it was an issue on the price. My guess is that Wizards wanted too large of a cut for it to be profitable for Tactical Adventures.

DLCs, expansions, continuation?
Given the setup it just takes a little too much existing knowledge to make an effective thief IMO. Not sure what you mean. The mechanics are just as obscured as any other class. A quick click of "At Higher Levels" will show you everything that you would need to know mechanically about it. Rogues get sneak attack which doesn't require any class resources (spell slots) to use. Rogues also get a tonne of extra skills...
