things keep randomly equipping and equipping like offhand and arrows .
I've been surprised to find I'm holding a shield when I go to cast a spell, but I think that is unnoticed auto equip on purchase / pickup. I think I have had some other random changes, but I haven't tracked them down to be sure they're not pickup things.
