Dice rolls are pre-determined
For those against saving and reloading due to a failed roll -- when a PC dies due to a bad roll, do you start the game over or reload and try again? At what point does it become 'ok' to reload a game. Seems like a personal choice to me -- if you want to spend 10 minutes trying to open a chest, so be it.
