Making time relevant.
This is a great idea! I always thought a timelimit would be hard to implement if its just "oh you took to long and the quest failed play the last 5 hours again" but if its just a bonus like "If you succeed in less than 5 days + 20% reputation bonus, if you succeed in less than 7 days + 10% reputation bonus" so it gives you an incentive to hurry, but doesnt punish...

Greenmage Scorching Ray + Hunter's Mark is rolling up to 12 damage numbers.
May I add to this that it gets even more rediculous if you have your cleric cast "guiding bolt" at the target beforehand, since for some reason, instead of giving you advantage on the first ray like it should, it gives you advantage on ALL OF THEM (probably since its "one" spell).

Dev Update #23 - Winter Patch Preview!
I thought the lighting changes were ok. Not to fond of them but they did add a bit more strategy, even so most of the time it only was "cast light on cleric and have wizard move dancing lights to ranged enemies". But yes, giving dim light the same penality as complete darkness and invisibility just doesnt make sense. Im usually against "-/+ x" in dnd, but in a video game, maybe a +2 to...

Rewarding "murder hobos"
My problem is absolutely not with logic but 100% with game design. I think we cant really argue with logic here since Combat exp isnt logical anyway. My wizard usually takes multiple hours and a spellscroll to learn new spells? Well he just hit a skeleton over there with his quarterstaff until it died so he suddenly has the arcane knowledge to cast fly and fireball. I really dont think we can apply "logic" to...

Yes I didnt think that you have to purposfully take the WRONG teleporter to get there. I actually did take a wrong one twice to test exactly that, but since those just ported me back to the start I believed that wrong = retry the puzzle. You actually cant move them down accidentally since the only way down is by moving the box (maybe with flying but not sure). I personally really dont like this....
