My game breaking bug not fixed with the beta patch
Yeah it is after using BOH. Sure, I could try not using BOH. That's a pretty damn disappointing solution with a Life Cleric in the party. This is not an issue with game difficulty or party setup, though for the record, up to this point it's been quite fun, and the difficulty felt just right using point buy. Game locked while casting Mass Healing Word
Well, since we're getting speculative :) The stacktrace looks like the error maybe happens inside a method that alters the state of a group of dice. I'm guessing it tries to iterate over the dice in the group, but for some reason it's empty. DiceRollGroup.SwitchToState (DiceRollGroup+RollState state)Now that I think about it, this is actually in-line with what I've seen a couple times when this happened. I am trying the same combat again. This time my Cleric was healing herself with Healing Word, with Beacon of Hope active, and it triggered the exception below. I had just saved mid-combat, so I did a quick load and tried again, same parameters. The exception happens every time. FYI, I tried healing my party with BOH outside of combat, and it worked fine. bug after travel fights...
If it's a night encounter, you should be able to interact with the campfire (if not, it's a bug) If it's a day encounter, there is an exit area (just like when leaving town) near the destroyed tower - it's just very hard to see currently due to the light settings. You make a pretty good point. Usually I only have one party member with a good charisma score. In any other game they would just do all the talking. There's currently only one charisma-based class in the game, and for everyone else, it makes a good dump stat. It kinda sucks that they only get one option.
