Ranger Marksman Ability : "Step Back" not working?
UPDATE:So the above test I was doing, was in a scripted cave area with giant spiders and trolls.There is a possibility that the Step Back ability doesn't work as well when there are large+ enemies, or perhaps close quarters like that cave was (even though I could take a step back and suffer an attack of opportunity, the Step Back ability would not allow me to pick a square to move to when I'd attempt...

I actually tried that, and it would not let me move the character, at all, after hitting the "Step Back" ability button. All criteria are met. My ranger is adjacent to an enemy, melee range. There are open spaces one space away that I could move to. (If I move to them normally, the enemy gets an attack of opportunity and executes, so I know the space is a viable space to move to). I...

Ranger Marksman ability: "Step Back" doesn't work?
Thanks, Baraz. The post above that one claims that it was working with version 1.3.91, but then apparently may not be working since 1.4.24. I'm pretty bummed out. Makes me want to pause my campaign until they fix this. It's a powerful ability for a Marksman Ranger, and I'd hate to miss out on its use.
