Wrong implementation of Spirit Guardians

Used Spirit Guardians once, and when my cleric went into melee, the creatures saved and took damage. This is crazy abusable, you just move around the battlefield with a haste potion and shred every enemy.

By the rules the creature take their saving throw and corresponding damage when -they- move into the space or start their turn there.

This is true for all aura type spells. The monster should test for and react to being in an aura at the start of their turn.
