Why is there no experience bar on the character sheet? It would be nice to know how close characters are to they're next level. I also noticed all classes level at the same time which must be an early access thing

You can mouseover their portrait in inventory/character screen. Also, the circular border around their portrait shows the level progress visually.
D&D 5th edition does not have different XP/level progress for each class, that's why every character levels up at the same time. In theory you could award characters XP individually for certain things, but Solasta gives group XP.
