The antiquarian outside the snow embassy doesn't have an option regarding the bones that we already have. I'm stuck. Don't mind spoilers!

Did you return to town before finishing the 'castle'? Because the early access content ends there, so there probably isn't a place yet, but who knows as I got the bones and finished the castle and the game ended so I have no idea if you can actually return 'em currently.
that is an unfinished quest in E.A. You can not return the bones.
Yeah, this quest is not finished yet so you can’t close it. Maybe in future updates we will have such option.
I only found two of the bones. Is the third one past the wolf-guy's house? I can see a door on the far side of his house, but can't go in because he's not friendly to me and I don't wish to kill him for no good reason.
EDIT: Found the third one.
This is now completable, though the Antiquarian in question will replay the same "Oh, you brought a ghost! I'll need to get my supervisor." dialogue every time you attempt to talk to him about found artifacts (and least from my pre-patch save)
The repeated dialog also keeps you from accessing his shop mode, not that I have enough faction to buy anything from him yet.
