My Dwarf Barbarian has a gaping hole in his heart, and not in the emotional and symbolic way (though probably that too).
The visual hole through the textures, seen in the character creation, is only is with the Dwarf (Hill and Snow) Barbarian, based from a few tests (I checked Human, Orc and Half-Elf Barbarian in character creation and they did not have a hole).
This bug applies to both the Hill and Snow Dwarves, males only (Barbarian).
The other Dwarf classes have full chest clothing, so the issue is not visible.
EDIT : my Primal DLC though was a dev/beta key, though I think it is not 100% the same as the released DLC.

More info : it is barely noticeable in-game, but looking at it in-game allowed me to know more about the visual bug...
= it occurs only when the Dwarf hunches his shoulders over, towards the front, like he is peering forward. A part of the sternum texture becomes unaligned with the lower part.

Suggestion : since characters are never naked (basic clothing all the time), the fastest fix is to modify the Barbarian default clothing just a bit, making the central piece larger.
Of course, this is not a priority.
