Verbal onslaught is supposed to deal 2x your bardic inspiration die + your charisma modifier psychic damage. Instead it is dealing 1 + 1 + your charisma modifier. This significantly weakens the main part of the subclass and basically makes it so there is no point in choosing college of traditions
