Two spirit guardian bugs

Now that my Cleric has finally reached lvl 5 and got those coveted spirit guardians, im a bit bummed by two bugs I encountered:

1. The range is wrong, while in the real game its 15ft and in the game it says that its also 3 fields, I´ve noticed that thats not actually the case, enemies that are 3 fields away in a direct straight line (so exactly 15ft) are not hit by it. Im guessing the range has just been wrongly implemented to be 10ft.

2. It should count as difficult terrain for enemies. While im not 100% sure if this doesnt work, it sure feels like it. Ive had it multiple times where zombies (which are rather slow, 20ft movement if theyre the same as in real DnD) can run at me and still attack, even though they already where quite a bit away AND ran through at least 2 fields of spirit guardians (which already would be 20ft of movement, so in theory a zombie could only reach me if he started his turn right at the edge of spirit guardians). This might be a result of bug nr.1 but I wanted to mention it seperately since it feels like it just doesnt cost any extra movement at all.

the radius thing is a bit fuzzy here is one debate:  https://rpg.stackexchange.com/questions/165702/on-a-grid-what-is-the-area-of-effect-of-spirit-guardians

my biggest complaint about SG is that i can't see what is going on,  maybe its my low res but it is very hard to tell where things are inside the area.  its even worse when there are 4 [or 5 or 6] SG going on at the same time.  when i'm trying to put a lightning bolt or thunderwave really close to the party it often results in friendly fire.

1: Despite the graphics, Spirit Guardians either affects a whole cell or not. So you can see the sphere overlapping a cell but still have things in the cell outside of range - see just above for that.

2: No comment.

3: Enemies who tunnel or teleport do not trigger the damage when they appear inside. Since the spell affects a sphere, not a surface, they should.

I get what they are on about on stackexchange, but i dont agree with that logic since it would mean that if a bigger creature (lets say an ancient gold dragon) casts the spell, its area doesnt increase since its centered on the middle point. If you have a gargantuan creature that is 25ft by 25ft, it wouldnt be hitting anything with this spell since nothing can ever be within 15ft of its center.
