In the caravan area, I somehow pushed a column back onto a character. No biggie - 5 HP off, who cares? But now the character cannot move - even trying to take one step away gives 'No path to destination'.

Idea : try initiating a dialogue with the near-by NPCs. This normally teleports all party members to the location.
Fast traveling can also work, but it is not always available on smaller maps.
( nb : those are the two tricks I know to unstuck a character. If others want to add more...)
