That's what I've got too. Is there a particular reason it's launching that late in the morning, do we know? I had thought it would actually be released just after midnight.
Maybe because it will be 5 p.m. in France where TA is.

For anyone who might care and not already know, if you purchase the game for PC on Steam, and the machine you normally play on is running the Steam app and connected to the internet, you can actually remotely install the update by logging into Steam via a web browser. There are a couple of different steps needed to do it, but Steam has some instructions to help with that.
