So I just got to this point in the game. I am trying to finish the Rebellion questline, with the only objective left being "Orenetis Weakness". Earlier in the playthrough, I killed Sitenero. I suspect that killing him has bugged out this quest. If I am wrong, please let me know, but I cannot finish this quest.
