2) Not sure if this would be possible but making kill move graphics for when they land the finishing blow. You have cut scenes that do a close up sometimes but this would be cool if it was during the final blow. A lot of dungeon masters I have played with ask the character how they want to finish the monster when they deal the killing blow.
i'd like to make a comment that has nothing to do with solasta but rather playing D&D without solasta. a lot of folks who play D&D or other RPGs are not the most outgoing so please DM's if you like the idea of having your players describe the final blow give your group an anonymous survey about it first. its hard for some people to even speak up in a group, even harder for them to voluntarily do a little role-playing and being put on the spot for improv acting is yet another level.
furthermore, even if they are not shy they might not like it, personally i find it annoying. its fine if the players do it voluntarily but being prompted by the DM is not cool. i normally play complex characters and killing something tends to be a small part of their action economy. usually right after finishing off a foe i'm already on to the next thing the character needs to do [eg healing word an injured character, moving to help another, interacting with something, other bonus actions, etc...] and to have a DM interrupt my train of thought and my characters actions is not fun and slows everything down.
