I don't see a way to stop the current action, especially when a character is moving to a destination spot.
When they suddenly detect a trap, it would be nice to be able to stop them. Instead, if we can't catch them soon enough (if that's even possible), they go through the trap.
There is an option to supposedly stop on detection but it only works 50% of the time (it paused 2 times out of 4 detected traps so far). It could also be useful to stop on detecting other things like enemies anyway.
