Сrafting and the effect of skill's level on it

Could someone explain to me why my Wizard with +5 Nature

has a bonus of 5 to craft poison

But my Cleric with +5 medicine (despite what the picture says)


has only the bonus of 1?

Oddly, crafting does not use the required skills (which are not really required: you only need 1 of either the Skill or the Tool proficiency to craft). 

It does Intelligence checks plus your general Proficiency Bonus (there might be an exception, but usually all crafts use an Intelligence check in Solasta). 

PS : it is explained on the Solasta Fandom site (which is just truly better than the Fextralife wiki).
