Spritual Weapon very unintuitive to control

Please fix this, first time using it and summoning in a square prevents me from being able to use the attack, and the control on a bonus action does not let you separately specify the move 4 and attack

Can't tell how many times I've also misclicked with my spiritual weapon and then I get nothing. But yeah also the move 4 then attack, you can only do one, just feels like a waste of a spell sometimes. Especially when your opponent moves. And your little weapon tries to chase them only moving 4 blocks at a time.

Same with Flaming Sphere. Given that this spell deals damage to adjacent creatures, sometimes I want to move it into a specific position (flanking the enemy) before ramming it into them. However, the game doesn't allow this.

Either I have to click on the enemy to attack them, and the sphere will ram into them but take the shortest path to that enemy, leaving my allies adjacent to it. Or I can click the space I want the sphere to go, but then can't attack the enemy on that turn. It'd be nice to be able to move and then attack.

I have no idea how to make a thread of my own so i'm putting this here in hopes the right people see this.   Can we please make an option to allow us to opt out of the tutorial runs?  gets annoying doing them over and over and over again every time we want to try a new lineup.

The spell is occasionally useful, but it is a low level spell.  It should have the same movement and attack rate as the caster, so it can keep pace with the caster.  It does require concentration, so I don't think this is a big deal, since it blocks other spells. However, this is in the "nice to have" bucket of suggestions.

Spiritual Weapon no longer require concentration in V1, the official release.

I personally like that it respects the D&D rules, BUT I do make mistakes when I use it... like the original post explained, because we cannot move in increments.

Issue 1: In the top right above the comment threads, there should a button called CREATE THREAD.

Issue 2: I went through them a few times but I understand what you're saying. I believe there is a mod at NexusMods.com that does what you ask.  You have to create an account but it is free and has a few other mods that may interest you.
