Right now it requires your Action, when it is supposed to take your Bonus Action to cast (and you can still attack with it on the same turn as it is cast).

This has already been addressed by devs. It's a temporary solution to some problems they have with the spell. I imagine they have trouble having you do too many things with your bonus action such as both casting the spell and then manipulating it before your bonus action is spent. Seems to work for expeditious retreat though so it should be solvable
