There is a Minor Gate that teleports you into the "Laboratory Solastan" in The Palace of Ice. From what I've read, it seems like you should be able to use the gate to teleport out of the room as well.
I cannot. As soon as I use the gate to enter this room there is no way out. Fast traveling results in a "path is blocked" error. And the Minor Gate from within the room is not interactable. There are no other exits as far as I can tell.
Kills the mood for a new DLC playthrough.
Did you teleport directly to telema or walk the whole way? First time i did teleport and entered the ruins next to a portal. Got stuck in that laboratory later on too. If you walk to the ruins by foot, you enter the ruins the way it is ment to be i guess (questlog says „talk to rhuad“). Check your autosaves and reload.
Yeah, I teleported there directly. I don't have a save early enough to fix it.
Looks like I'm restarting. Thanks for the response. Good to know that I'm not the only one it happened to.
I just had this happen to me, kind of kills the mood to get trapped in a room with no way out that also has an amazing weapon in it.
Also maybe don't give us an obvious teleport if we're not intended to actually use it.
