Shield dialog failed to show available slots per spell level [1.0.18]

I see a dialog for the reaction to prevent incoming damage by casting the Shield spell. This time it fails to show detailed information about the character's available spell slots, though it does show all of the available spell slot levels.

An earlier prompt for an NPC in this same fight did show available/used spell slots.
