Scroll of Jump use in Caer Lem locking wizard in place

Just as you are about to exit the caverns of Caer Lem, there are two chest locations, you can jump to the first and you get some items along with a jump scroll, which you need to get to the second chest. When i had my Wizard cast it, they froze. The spell animation triggered and the combat log stated that it had been cast however no effect was transferred to the other party member and the wizard was then locked in place and unable to move.

It looked like the spell animation and sequence got stuck halfway and the wizard was stuck in that animation sequence.
