Same roll in Stealth Tutorial

I failed during the Stealth tutorial, and was sent back to an auto-save just before pick-pocketing the key from the guard.  Each pick-pocket attempt from then on rolled the exact same fail.  Reloaded and attempted this seven times, with the exact same result.  Had to go back to an earlier save, at the start of the tutorial, for a different result.

The tutorials are very... predetermined. If you're failing something, it's probably because you aren't doing it the way they want you to. I had to re-do the wolves fight like 20 times.

I am stuck got the key got the gem killed the guy confronting Liam  snuck my way back out through the wall and quest does not end
