There is a ladder in the ruined tower that leads to a chest adjacent to the rune orb that will not allow you to climb it even though it is highlighted. Any suggestions? Is this where the second clue is? If so, I cannot climb the ladder to get to it.

FYI Devs, before the latest patch this was accessible.
If it's the on I think it is you might have to find an ascend marker an yellow arrow pointing up & click that not the whole thing. At least I had that issue somewhere the the game.
I'm having the same issue in regards to this ladder, and like SirArion, I was able to climb it before the patch. Clicking on the ascend arrow from the bottom doesn't allow access to that area either.
Likewise, I was just going to try again later.

If you mean that large gazebo thing in the middle of the map with the chest on its roof, same problem here.
likewise the chest in the very back. Pre-latest patch, Misty Step got you there. Now it wont.
I have the same problem. Also, one of the bridges you can can pudh upwards in the library seems to bug out if you topple it before completing the quest to follow the light, as it appears to reset to it's former position- Thankfully it can still be crossed.

Funny thing was that it will be visually on changed position if you select party of 3 and the one interacted with it will be unselected.
