Non-magical, icon says it's an enchanting ingredient. However I've found no recipes/manuals that use it, nor any mention in the wiki or anywhere else online for that matter? Is it just vendor trash?

Ball Of Lightning!

I'm not sure what that is, but I see it on my list of things.

A Rough Bllue Diamond makes something called Ball Of Lightning.

There is another thing listed called the Peripatat of the Master Enchanter that diamond is used for.
