Readied cantrip in multiplayer

During any fight, if a cantrip is readied by a player that is not the server and you have selected a preferred cantrip, the 'default' cantrip is cast for the server but the preferred cantrip is cast for the non-server player that is controlling the character. When this happens, the game is desynced and different things start happening for each player.

My friend and I have tested different spells, restarting and reloading the game, and doing it different points in the battle. It seems that the cantrip that is chosen (in our case) is the ancestor cantrip that was chosen when making the character (Wizard)
