Where can I buy this? Im at level 5 and I havent seen any vendors sell this. Its not magical so I assume you can get it normally (not thru a faction). Ive seen it in a mod that offers every weapon before starting, but I feel thats a bit cheating so I'd like to get it in game.

I've found it as random loot a couple times but if someone sales it somewhere I didn't notice it. It feels like the studded leather armor where its basically not in the game but you occasionally find one as a random drop.
