after latest patch can not create character in point buy system.
I seem to be having the same issue after this latest patch. The toggle where you normally choose to switch to point buy is showing the icons from the previous toggle meant for choosing male or female. You are unable to switch the toggle due to this issue. Hope this picture helps.

You are going to have the same issue. The patch borked it up, and strangely, T.A. has been utterly silent on the issue for the entire day. Not a word.
I had the game open from before the patch. Made two characters with infinite point buy, and noticed I could cheese it to full 18 (probably meant to input personally rolled stats).
Maybe they closed it intentionally to remove that possibility from the game, and will reopen when they either remove infinite point buy, or put in countermeasures against cheese?
I wonder if we'll still be able to have stats below 8 for those poorly rolled but dear characters from Tabletop Dnd?

No, they did not close it on purpose. It is a bug, a deficiency from the patch. One which after 2 days now, TA has barely even acknowledged exists.

Well, if they have acknowledged it, even if barely, I guess it's just a matter of waiting. How long do hotfixes usually take? It hasn't even been two weeks since I bought the game on Steam, and my previous comment was my first time in the forums, so I'm unsure of how things usually happen.
Poor testing. Wonder what else got by them.

You can roll back the patch, but then you are stuck on that version until you reinstall.
