Performance drop when casting light spell

i run a party with two human so when both of them casting light and went into area which has multiple light sources the game become incredible laggy.

My spec is core i5 6500 + 1080 + 16gb ram. I know it quite old but before the hot fix of 1.2.11 the game run smoothy for me except one fps drop in the cave before the library.
