Perfectionist achievement won't trigger

Hello,

I've been trying to get the Perfectionist achievement, but even after re-rolling the stats dice well over 100 times the achievement does not trigger. From searching online I can see that it has triggered for other people in the past. So maybe it is a new bug? Please look into it. Thanks!!
