I finished all the faction quests but now I'm stuck. When I check my journal, I no longer have any active quests. I tried reloading saves but to no avail. My final faction quest was the northern clans, I got the scepter and returned it to the giant. I know the next step is to go to Turvaamalinn, but nothing there advances the story. Is this just bugged or am I missing something.

Nuance : they also said they will fix game breaking bugs or blockers !
You can also ask support for help if your save is bugged.
Nb : on the world map, do you see any yellow question marks on relevant locations or locations that have a question mark in the middle?
