Numerous de-synchronization problems in multiplayer game

Hello Tactical Adventures.

I've encountered numerous de-synchronization issues when playing a multiplayer game.
- 2 players
- Region: South Korea (one player in Taiwan another player in Europe)
- Campaign: Lost Valley (from new DLC)

Both inside and outside of battles very often the game gets de-synchronized: players get different initiative orders and different rolls for all characters and enemies. This completely ruins an otherwise really great game. Sometimes we have to save / load countless times to go around some of the worst problems.

If this is related to latency issues, devs please add a way to choose the region in which to create a multiplayer game. With shown ping or server health, so that players can choose the best server that fits all the players (not only the player that creates the game).

Also for some reason heavy graphical effects increase latency.

Unfortunately, at the moment it is borderline unplayable in multiplayer mode. Would greatly appreciate it if these issues can be fixed soon.

Please let me know if I can help diagnose the problem in any way (can send logs or saves).

Hi,

You can try to unequip any item that give +1 to ability check like Stone of good luck, and not use spell like Guidance.

For us that fix all sync issue with rolls mismatch including initiative and attack roll, but also outside of combat rolls like picklock

Do you mean to not wear any items like this?
Or unequip and then equip again?

You might be onto something, for what we saw last night anything that gives +1 (or +x) to any ability checks makes combat impossible constant desynch, in our case using Pass Without Trace which gives stealth check bonuses, it was a no go -- but with it off, no problem. Will confirm later, and it so, report it as a bug.

I'm also constantly having these problems. I can't imagine it's due to latency, because I'm playing with somebody in the next room over and we're both wired with a gigabit network connection. Limiting myself to not using magic items is not a great solution.This has clearly been an issue for months and nobody cares to solve it.
