Not sure if a bug. Low resolution textures when play game.

I’ve noticed when generating custom characters the hair and skin is very detailed but when playing the game on all ultra settings, the in game cut scenes the skin and hair lacks resolution. When viewing the demo on YouTube the textures look much better. Is this a game setting I have wrong, or just a demo setting that will be replaced in the release game or a bug?
