Title says it all. How come we didn't get our brute, reckless warrior ??? It's a travesty considering it's a staple D&D party member.

I mean, dump the Monk, Bard, even Ranger or Warlock but never the Barb !!!

Sign below if in agreement and want the Barbarian in the game, preferably with the Half-orc race too !

If things go well we may get it in DLC.

I also want Monk to be added as playable class. Hope we will get it in future, maybe as DLC.

All of them please, including especially Bard.

Other than the base classic classes , additional classes and races were part of stretch goals and backer polls during the Kickstarter.

Sorceror will be added likely at the official GA game launch

Tieflings? Nope....that's proprietary and copyright WOTC.

If it isn't here EG:  https://5thsrd.org/ , we won't see it.

That doesn't stop Tactical Adventures from doing their own home brew adds like they have already.

If you want Bard, Monk, Half-Orc, etc, just keep buying copies and DLC down the road and tell all your friends (if wildly successful , there will be appetite for expansion). We as supporters and purchasers ultimately determine whether a dev/publisher keeps going with a property or moves on to more fertile grounds ...in the meantime, we have what we see here and expect to see Sorceror on release.

There is only finite development resources and cycles to meet the release timeline for a small studio and they understand intimately what they can and can't do in that timeline.

It's really early in EA...let them develop and release the final game and then we'll see where we are and what Tactical Adventures says post release.

Enjoy the EA.....I know I am....

Them's fighting words, bucko. I'll kick every Barbarian into a ditch before giving up my Bard.

Yeah at the moment the races are pretty standard high fantasy. They COULD add playable Soraks, those are their own creation...

As for classes, the Sorcerer will be available upon launch as a free DLC. An odd choice, if you ask me, since the Sorcerer is only a more flexible Wizard with fewer spells available. I'd have added the Druid, Warlock, or Bard as additional caster class instead, but oh well.

You'd try, at least. But then you'd realize I'm your super bestest friend, and you'd gladly walk off a cliff for me, mister no-will-save. :)

Yeah i want a Barb... Right now Sells word and Fighter is my barb. LOL. I am hoping they put in different color and styles of armor. Some variety would be good for the player.

Well, i am playing Solasta EA now and i miss the bard as my party face. Well, my rouge can cover up with cha 16.

I hope most of the base classes will be seen in the end.

Funny, i met a orc berserk, so on the other side there are rageing warriors ;-)

Why choose something ohther than (half)elves?

Not an odd choice, more like low hanging fruit ;).  It's the same damn class as Wizards, I don't even understand how they didn't just get flat out replaced by warlocks in 5e.  Pillars of Eternity did them a solid replacing them with the much more interesting Cipher.

Personally, I'd think they have to push towards Half Orcs first, no monstrous race is a gaping hole.  Bards/Barbarians/Druids are next to get the full set of primary classes.

I LOVE Gnomes, but even I got used to playing Dwarf wizards a long time ago because they are rightfully the last to make the cut in these games.  People who love Monks also know that the animations make it the most burdensome class to program and so they are also used to being at the back of the line.  Warlocks are completely gratuitous when you already have 2 other charisma arcane casters, so is sorcs are already in, they can sit and wait their turn...dead last.
