Need 1 more Badlands Bear pelt to construct Boots of First Strike

Hi Folks,

I have no idea what the boots do, but they sound cool.  I have 3 pelts but need 4 - I've revisited Harvest & Hunting regions but they're not  spawning badlands bears and Heinrick isn't selling any BB pelts so I'm out of ideas.  Any ideas, help welcome?

I can't find bear pelts either, but you can see what items do even if you can't make them:

  1. Open the crafting menu for a character who is ready to craft.
  2. Select the recipe, even if you can't make it.
  3. Hover the mouse over the top right where the item panel is showing. Use alt to see the full description.
