Mouse over information window absent in inventory

I played on March 31st and installed the lastest update today April 10th. Issue: While traveling on the Dark Castle quest, I noticed, no mouse over information pop-up window availabe within my inventory. Previous quests presented no issues regarding this. Yes, a small bug, but fundementally vital.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?
