Monk? Bard? Warlock? Artificer?

With the addition of Sorcerer, Barbarian, and Druid they have the majority of the D&D classes now. Does anyone know if they plan on adding the 4 others? I love the warlock, especially the Hexblade. The Artificer is also a fun class (currently playing one in the tabletop). I would love to see this game do better and be more popular than the new Baldur's Gate. I've played it and I really prefer the combat and design of the UI in Solasta. I would love to see all the classes added at some point, just curious if that is in the future for the game?

They can't do Hexblades or artificers because they are not in the SRD. Quite a lot of warlock stuff is missing from the SRD actually, making it quite difficult to do a faithful version.

I suspect that they plan on continuing to add classes in DLCs two at a time so long as they are profitable. Monk should be simple enough to do.

Another issue with warlock is Pact of the Fiend is the only one in the SRD, and currently, lore says there are no fiends in Solasta!

That's a shame. Maybe in future games by these devs. What is SRD? I do not know what that stands for.

System Reference Document. It's the D&D 5e stuff WotC has chosen to place in the public domain. If you download the free rules from the D&D official site it's that stuff - basically a demo version. Since Tactical Adventures don't have a licence for D&D 5e, it's the only stuff they are allowed to use.

Obviously, not having the licence is largely financial, but it also gives TA more creative freedom. TA seem to maintain a good relationship with WotC, and consult over what they can and can't use.

My Ranger has Fiend as one of the racial picks for extra damage so why would they have that if no fiends were going to be implemented?

Wizards have custom subclasses so I think devs can create some awesome things for pacts.

Same reason they have several favoured terrains that aren't in the game.

I'll try and find the post where the devs called out there being no fiends in Solasta (yet), I think it was discussing the barbarian subclass competition.
