Midnight hour times incorrectly labelled as PM

AM marks the first half of the day, starting from midnight and running until noon. Times that are 12:mm:ss PM should be afternoon times. The game incorrectly labels midnight hour times as PM.

And presumably this is true for noon being incorrectly labelled as AM.
