In the Master's Tower, there is a non-locked Library room with 4 Bookcase containers. 3 are easily accessed but the 4th one is up on a ledge that is not easy to reach. Misty Step and Jump and Spider Climb do not work. It may be Dimension Door but I do not have that memorized.
Does anyone know how to reach it?
I was able to use fly and got there. The rewards are a few cleric scrolls though. Kind of not worth the trouble.

Misty Step worked for me, but I had to move my wizard around a bit before I found a spot that gave me access. My wizard was able to jump down after getting the items in the bookcase, so getting up there only used up one 2nd level spell slot.

I used a combo of levitate and misty step. Nice to know misty step alone works.
When I tried Misty Step, I probably wasn't at the ladder opening so the banister was blocking me. I guess.
Scroll of Fly indeed worked but as tmccoy2 pointed out, the bookcase just had a couple of Cleric scrolls. I'll just grab them when the Scavengers loot the place, and save my scroll of Fly.
And still no. I tried misty step and jump, even using the vertical planar mode to manipulate the destination. I guess I'll go try fly but that means a long rest and re-memorizing. Wow game.
Edit: So levitate not working. Figured I'd try that since I just happened to level up and took that as a new spell I wanted. I guess, though not sure since it doesn't work well. Also, as a side note, my party has failed two arcana checks because they are being rolled by my fighter. They are done on the map proper, not in dialogue. She's in the lead and is arriving at this arcana check first "physically", so maybe that's it? They are moving as a party though. I have a super high INT wizard elf with proficiency in arcana. His modifier is way higher than hers. Oh well.
I've never been able to get Misty Step to work. I just use Fly. It's not critical components/recipes, so I am happy to come back later if I don't have Fly available.
