Manacalon Ruin Library Chest is still bugged in 1.0.6 - Public

I'm on version 1.0.6 - Public and the chest in the library that you should be able to get it with Misty Step (or in other ways) is still bugged.
It's look like the tiles around it are not valid.

I had to use Flight to get there.

I used Spiderclimb to walk on the walls and use Misty Step to bridge the final gap to the plateau with the chest.
