Magnificent Shield (magical) gives +4 AC instead of +3 as described

Although my Hill Dwarf Paladin is super happy with the purchase (from the Antiquarians / Snow Dwarves),
there is a small error (though every tiny AC bonus is a big deal in 5e).

A normal shield gives +2 AC.

The Magnificent Shield description reads "+3 AC (2+1)",
but in fact I get a whopping +4, so a shield +2.

Update : I found (loot) another Magnificent Shield (+1) and it also gives +4 AC.

It's listed as a bug on steam as well. if you pay attention, ALL magic armors have been getting an additional +1 AC.

Ah, did not notice the armor bonus.

My two melee characters have 21 to 24 AC at level 4-5 :P

Mind you some fights are hard enough that I need rather high AC, but 24 is generally too high for 5e rules.

I had a bug with my +1 shield where it wasn't giving me the AC bonus at all and was not appearing on my character despite being in the inventory slot.  After a day or so, most likely due to a program reboot, it started to appear.
